Coming upon the scene, one couldn't tell if the victim was a prisoner or not. She lay there completely still as even the fog barely moved as if in a state of worship. All was silent as the goblins stood senty around the altar. Was she the new bride of the goblins' king or a victim to be sacrificed? It was maddening how still they all remained as if frozen in time..
